Self-hosted property management for an independent hotel of around fifty rooms. The hotel runs its own instance, owns its own guest data, and pays no commission on its own bookings.
This product is being built now. It is not finished, it is not installable yet, and there is nothing to sign up for. This page exists so you can see what is coming and tell us whether it is the right thing — not to take your money.
What it is meant to do
The principle is the same one behind everything else we build. These are the intentions for the product, written before it ships rather than claimed after it does.
The property owns its guest data
Guest records, stays, bills and contact details live in the hotel's own database on the hotel's own server. Not pooled with other properties, not resold, and portable if the hotel ever wants to leave.
No commission on your own bookings
A guest who books with the hotel directly is the hotel's guest. The software charges for itself, not for a share of the room rate.
Sized for around fifty rooms
Built for the independent property, not scaled down from something written for a three-hundred-room chain. Fewer screens, fewer settings, and defaults that suit a small front desk.
The same shape as Anginn OS
Self-hosted, owned outright, and built to be run from the phone at the desk. The salon product is the proof that the model works; the hotel product applies it to rooms and stays.
Where it actually stands
In development. There are no screenshots on this page because there is no finished interface worth showing, and a mocked-up image presented as a working product would be a lie.
There are no customer figures on this page either, because there are no customers yet. When the product is running in a real property, this page will say so and show the real thing.
