Salon, spa and clinic software

Runs your salon. Then grows it.

Appointments, billing, stock, staff and clients in one system — installed on your own server, with your own data. And it runs its own engine: instead of ten screens to hunt through, it puts today's answer in front of you — who to call back, when not to discount, and whether your team is ready for the week you are about to have.

Intro

Anginn OS is one system for a salon, a spa or a clinic. The diary, the bills, the memberships, the stock, the staff and the client book not six tools that almost talk to each other, and not a spreadsheet holding the bits that fell between them.

It installs on a server the business owns. The client list, the takings and the history live in that salon's own database. Nobody takes a percentage of anything it earns, because nobody sits between the salon and its customer.

And it is not a filing cabinet. Most salon software records what already happened and leaves you to go looking for the rest. This one runs an engine of its own: it reads what is happening and works out what matters today. You do not click through ten screens to reach the one thing you need right now it is already on the first one.

The product

Twelve screens, and none of them a mockup.

Every frame here is the running software, captured from a live install with a full year of trading in it. Step through with the arrows — the diary, the till, the client book, the margin report, and the screens that have no equivalent in any competitor.

Calendar — a full day across the teamA working day at the salon: every stylist has their own column, and every booking shows its service, its time and its price.

Who it is for

One system. Six kinds of business.

Not six editions with six price lists — one product, set up differently. Here is what actually changes depending on what you run.

The chair, the colour and the client who is due back.

Long services and short ones on the same board, the product a colour actually consumed costed into the bill, and the client who has not rebooked surfaced before she has gone somewhere else.

  • Services of any length, per stylist, on one calendar
  • Colour and product costed per service, not guessed
  • Rebooking prompts built from her own visit pattern

Everything it does

Twelve families. Not a short list.

Most salon software sells you a diary with a payment button on it. This is the whole operation — the counter, the stock room, the team, the books and the clients — and every line below is something the software does today.

Appointments and the calendar

The whole team's day on one board, and a booking that cannot double-book.

Every stylist has a column, every booking carries its service, its time and its price, and the week is visible far enough ahead that a quiet Tuesday is obvious while there is still time to do something about it. Clients book themselves online and are only ever offered times the salon can genuinely deliver.

  • Day, week and team views
  • Online booking on your own page
  • Walk-ins and a live queue
  • Drag to reschedule
  • Per-stylist working hours and days off
  • Capacity by room as well as by person
  • Deposits taken at booking
  • Reminders before the appointment

A booking cannot be taken for a time the salon cannot actually staff.

Every booking sits in its stylist's column as a block giving the client, the service, the start and finish time, the price, and whether it was booked by phone or online.

Billing, payments and GST

A bill that prices itself correctly and a tax invoice the customer can keep.

The member rate comes off the menu price on its own, the tax works itself out as the bill is written, and the money can be taken in cash, on a card, over UPI or online in full or in part. The customer's copy reaches their phone as a link that opens with no app and no sign-in.

  • Services, retail products and packages on one bill
  • Member rates applied automatically
  • Goodwill discounts that compose rather than replace
  • Cash, card, UPI and online
  • Part payment and pay-later
  • Tips kept out of the salon's takings
  • GST tax invoice with HSN codes and per-line slabs
  • Refunds with a reason, on the record
  • Cash drawer that reconciles at close

The desk never does arithmetic, and the customer never waits for it.

A bill being written on the Anginn OS sales screen. The client sits at the top of the bill with their membership, loyalty balance, credit balance and anything they still owe. Under it a service has been added with its quantity, the menu price and the discounted price it is actually being charged at, and a bill summary down the right side totals the subtotal, the discount, CGST and SGST into a grand total, with one button to take the payment.

Clients and their history

Everything the desk should know about her before she has sat down.

One record per client, holding every visit, every bill, every membership and every note and the salon's own read on when she is due back. The book sorts itself into who is new, who is active, who is slipping and who has gone, so the question 'who has stopped coming in' has an answer instead of a guess.

  • One record per client, never a duplicate
  • Full visit and spend history
  • New · active · at risk · lapsed · dormant
  • Preferred stylist and usual cadence
  • Notes, allergies and preferences
  • Birthdays and anniversaries
  • Import from whatever you run today
  • Their own portal, with only their own data

One record per client — so the history survives a name typed two ways.

The client list in Anginn OS. A row of counts across the top sorts every client into new, active, at risk and lapsed, and the table beneath gives each client's name, phone number, how many visits they have made, what they have spent, their membership if they hold one, and how long it has been since they were last in the salon.

Memberships, packages, loyalty and gift cards

Four ways to take money before the visit — and the renewals chased before they lapse.

Recurring revenue is the difference between a salon that is busy and a salon that is worth something. All four instruments are built in and behave as one system: sold at the counter, redeemed at the counter, and reported together. Memberships due to end are listed before they end, not after.

  • Memberships with their own discount rates
  • Prepaid packages, counted down per session
  • Gift cards with a real balance
  • Loyalty points earned and redeemed on the bill
  • Store credit and wallet balances
  • Renewals listed before they expire
  • Family and multi-person plans
  • Every instrument reported separately

Money taken before the visit is money the salon keeps when the week is quiet.

The memberships and loyalty screen in Anginn OS, with tabs across the top for memberships, packages, loyalty and gift cards. A panel reports how many memberships end in the next thirty days and lists the ones ending soonest with a renew button against each. Beneath it the plans the salon sells are shown as cards giving each plan's price, its length, the discount it carries and what it includes.

Stock, service recipes and purchasing

What a service actually costs to deliver, not what you hope it costs.

Every service can carry a recipe the product it consumes so the bill knows its own cost and the margin report is real rather than an estimate. Stock moves as the work happens, reorder points surface before you run out, and purchase orders and deliveries are part of the same ledger.

  • Per-branch stock ledger
  • Service recipes and cost of goods
  • True margin per service and per stylist
  • Reorder points and low-stock warnings
  • Purchase orders and goods receipt
  • Stocktake and variance
  • Inter-branch transfers
  • A central store that supplies the branches

You find out a service loses money before the year ends, not after.

The reports screen in Anginn OS. A row of quick actions offers margins per service, a tax summary, staff performance and refunds, with filters for the branch and the date range beneath them. The service mix report is open, headed by a card reading that the biggest service's share is fifteen per cent and marked strong, with a note that healthy is under twenty-five per cent from any one service and that the money is spread across the menu.

Staff, attendance and earnings

Every stylist gets their own app, and only ever sees their own numbers.

Rosters, attendance and commission in the same system that took the bill, so nobody reconciles two spreadsheets at month end. The Companion puts each person's own day, own profile and own earnings on their own phone they join by opening a link, and there is nothing to install and nothing to teach.

  • Rosters and working patterns
  • Attendance, on the phone or at the desk
  • Commission calculated from the bills themselves
  • Revenue, services and average bill per person
  • Margin per stylist after product cost
  • The Staff Companion app for every team member
  • Each person sees their own day and nobody else's
  • Roles and permissions for a management layer

Commission comes off the bills themselves, so nobody reconciles it by hand.

The staff performance report in Anginn OS. Every stylist is a row over the same month giving the revenue they brought in, the number of services they performed, their average bill, the cost of the product consumed doing the work, and the margin left after it.

Reports and the daily digest

The day in one page, and the month in the answers rather than the rows.

The digest says what came in, how it was paid and how the day compares with the same day last week. Behind it sit the reports that matter margin, service mix, staff, retention, tax each one opening on its own headline rather than on a table you have to interpret.

  • One day across every branch
  • Takings split by how they were paid
  • Compared against the same day last week
  • Margin and service-mix reports
  • Staff performance side by side
  • Retention and client cadence
  • Tax summary ready to remit
  • Export anything you are looking at

Every report opens on its answer, not on a table you have to read.

The daily digest in Anginn OS. It opens with the day's total takings and the number of bills behind it, compares the day against the same day last week, then breaks the money down by how it was paid, by branch, and by the staff who earned it.

Multiple branches

A group measured against itself, not just added up.

Totals across four branches tell you almost nothing. This names the strongest branch, the most improved one, and how far ahead the busiest is of the quietest then says plainly that whatever the leading branch is doing is the cheapest thing the group owns to copy.

  • One client book across every branch
  • One stock ledger, with transfers between sites
  • Branch-against-branch comparison
  • Strongest and most-improved named
  • Per-branch and group-wide reporting
  • A central store issuing stock to branches
  • Staff and permissions scoped per branch
  • Switch branch without switching system

Four branches measured against each other, not added into one number.

The across-the-group panel in an Anginn OS report. It gives the number of bills in the range, the number of branches trading, and how much busier the busiest branch is than the quietest, then states in a sentence that one named branch is running at two point eight times another's volume on nearly a thousand bills against three hundred and fifty-eight in the same range, and that whatever that branch is doing is the cheapest thing the group owns to copy.

The growth engine

The part no other salon software does: it tells you what to do next.

Most systems record what already happened. This one reads what is happening and acts on it the client worth calling today ranked above the one who merely lapsed longest, the festival worth protecting rather than discounting, and an honest read on whether the team is ready for the week ahead.

  • Lapsed clients ranked by what they are worth
  • The reason to call, written in plain words
  • Festivals and commercial dates years ahead
  • Advice not to discount, when that is the advice
  • Offers that your menu can actually carry
  • Practice scenarios set in your own salon
  • An honest read on where each person stands
  • A personal streak, and no public leaderboard

The team opens to the single most valuable action of the day — not to a report.

The growth advisor in Anginn OS. Three offers are running, each with the date it ends, how many days are left, how many have been used, how many remain available, and the code to type at the till. Below them the next festival is listed with the date and how many days away it is, and a card explaining how salons typically treat that festival and what to prepare.

What your clients get

Booking, receipts and their own history — with no app to install.

The customer's side of the software is deliberately the lightest part of it. They book in a few taps, their bill arrives as a link that opens on any phone, and if they want their history, their memberships and their points they can sign in and see exactly those and nothing belonging to anybody else.

  • Online booking on your own page
  • Only ever offered times you can deliver
  • The bill as a link — no app, no account
  • Save the invoice as a PDF
  • Their own visits, memberships and points
  • Reminders before the appointment
  • Review request after the visit
  • Nothing of anyone else's, ever

Nothing to install, nothing to remember, nothing of anybody else's.

The customer's own copy of a salon bill, open in a phone browser. A Save as PDF button sits above a printed tax invoice giving the salon's name and address, the invoice number, the bill number, the date, the branch and the customer's name, then each service with its price, the subtotal, CGST and SGST, the total, and a line recording that it was paid by card.

WhatsApp, reviews and campaigns

Messages that go out because somebody pressed a button, never because software decided to.

WhatsApp runs on the salon's own business number, so the messages come from the salon rather than from a platform. Reviews land in one place with a reply box under each. And nothing is ever sent automatically unless that salon has explicitly switched that automation on.

  • WhatsApp from your own business number
  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • The bill sent to the client's phone
  • Review requests after a visit
  • Every review in one place, with a reply box
  • Campaigns to a segment you choose
  • Automatic messaging off by default, always
  • What a message will cost, before it is sent

Nothing sends itself. Every message is a button somebody pressed.

The reviews screen in Anginn OS. Each review a client has left appears as a card with their rating, the date, the stylist they saw and what they wrote, and a reply box directly underneath it so the salon can answer without leaving the page.

Setting it up, and keeping it safe

A brand-new salon walked through going live, one step at a time.

The software knows what a salon still has to do before it can trade and asks for those things in order business details, branches, staff, services, tax, payments skipping what is already done and picking up where you left off. Your data comes across from whatever you run today, and the backups are yours.

  • Guided go-live, step by step
  • Picks up where you stopped
  • Import clients, services and history
  • Your own country, currency and tax setup
  • Installs as an app on Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac
  • Backups you hold, to your own storage
  • Updates arrive as a notice, never mid-service
  • Your data exportable, whenever you want it

You can leave, with everything, on any day, because it was never held anywhere else.

The engine · the part nobody else has

Everything above is the job. This is the difference.

Every system on this market records what already happened and leaves you to go looking for the rest. Anginn OS runs an engine of its own: it reads what is happening and works out what matters today — which client to call, which week to protect instead of discount, whether the team is ready for it. You are not asked to go hunting. It opens on the answer.

01 / 05

Win back lost business

The clients who stopped coming, ranked by what they are worth.

Every salon has a long tail of people who simply drifted. Most software will show you that list sorted by who lapsed longest, which puts your least valuable client at the top. Anginn opens on the one client worth calling today, and a short ranked list behind them each with the reason, in plain words, so the person picking up the phone knows what to say.

The team opens to the single most valuable action of the day — not to a report.

The client list in Anginn OS. A row of counts across the top sorts every client into new, active, at risk and lapsed, and the table beneath gives each client's name, phone number, how many visits they have made, what they have spent, their membership if they hold one, and how long it has been since they were last in the salon.

02 / 05

Know what is coming

The only advisor that tells you when not to discount.

Every other system will happily help you run a festival sale in the busiest week of your year. This one tells you to protect that week and points the offer at the quiet days before it instead. It knows the festivals and the commercial dates years ahead, it knows what your own menu can carry, and roughly half the time its advice is to run nothing at all.

It will not propose a discount your menu cannot carry — and it says so rather than inventing a smaller number.

03 / 05

Know your team

Whether your people are ready for the week you are about to have.

The software already knows your services, your prices and your week. It uses that to give every person on the floor a way to practise the conversations they actually have an unhappy client, a price that is questioned, a colour that did not take and an honest read on where each of them stands. There is a personal streak and deliberately no public leaderboard.

Training set in your own salon, not a generic course somebody bought in.

The whole team, on their phones

Every stylist gets their own app.

Your team lives on their phones, and they should not have to queue at the desk terminal to see their own day. The Companion gives each person their own day, their own profile and their own numbers and only ever theirs. They join by opening a link the salon sends them. There is nothing to set up and nothing to teach.

Questions

The things salon owners actually ask.

Anginn OS is free forever for a single salon — every feature, no time limit, no card. Salons with more than one branch pay once, priced by the number of branches. It is not a subscription, and no commission is ever taken on anything the salon earns.

In a database that belongs to your business, on infrastructure you control. We do not operate a central store of our customers' customers. You keep your own backups, and you can export everything and leave at any time — there is nothing to release, because we were never holding it.

No. An install is set up together with us, and the software walks a brand-new salon through going live one step at a time — business details, branches, staff, services, tax, payments — skipping anything already done and picking up where you left off if you stop.

Yes, and it installs like a real app. On Android it offers to install itself; on an iPhone or iPad you add it to the home screen once and it opens full screen from then on; on Windows and Mac it installs from the browser into its own window. Every stylist also gets the Staff Companion, a phone-first view of their own day.

Yes. Clients book online in a few taps, and are only offered times the salon can genuinely deliver. Their bill reaches them as a link that opens on any phone with no app and no sign-in, and if they want their own history, memberships and points they can sign in and see those — and only their own.

Yes. GST is handled properly — per-line slabs, HSN codes, a clean gapless invoice series, and a compliant tax invoice a customer can print or save as a PDF. The system is also built to be set up for other countries rather than being hardcoded to India.

Updates are prepared and proven before they reach any salon, and they arrive as a small notice in the corner of the screen with a short note of what is new. Nothing installs itself underneath you while you are serving a client.

ANGINN TECHNOLOGIES, a registered software company in Mumbai, run by Mohammed Elyas. It is a named business with a registered address, not a holding company — the person answerable for the software is the person who builds it.

The part that does not change

You buy it once. You own it after that.

Salon software is usually rented, and the rent is usually a slice of what the salon takes. Anginn is sold, once, and installed on hardware the salon controls. That is not a pricing preference — it is the difference between a business that owns its own operation and one that leases it back.

Your server

The software runs on infrastructure you control — a small server of your own, or an account in your own name. Nothing your business depends on is hostage to somebody else's pricing decision, and no platform can switch your salon off.

Your data

Your client list, your bookings, your takings, in your own database with your own backups. We do not hold a central copy of your customers. You can walk away whenever you like and take all of it with you, because it never left in the first place.

No commission

You pay for the software once. Nobody takes a cut of a booking, a bill or a membership, because nobody is standing between you and the person in your chair.

Tell us how your salon actually runs.

Not a pitch call. Describe how the work really goes day to day, and we will tell you what the software would do about it, what it would cost, and whether it fits — including when it does not.
